Arrange for veterinary records Please contact your current or previous veterinarian and have your pet’s medical records emailed to you or directly to me. These records are an important part of understanding your pet’s history and are required before scheduling a consultation.
Share a brief overview You can either complete the contact form on this page or send an email with a short description of your pet, the concerns you’re hoping to address, along with their diet and any supplements they are currently receiving.
Consultation scheduling Once your information and records have been received and reviewed, I will be in touch to arrange a consultation time that works well for both of us.
